In accordance with UK waste battery producer responsibility requirements, we provide arrangements for the take-back and responsible recycling of eligible waste industrial batteries that we have placed on the UK market. Waste industrial batteries must not be disposed of in general waste, sent to landfill or incinerated.
Customers requiring the take-back of eligible waste industrial batteries should contact Sunpower Group Holdings Ltd before returning or transporting any batteries. Please provide the battery model, chemistry, quantity, approximate weight, condition, collection address and photographs where available.
Batteries must not be sent to, delivered to or left at a Sunpower site without prior written authorisation. Once a request has been assessed, approved collections or recycling arrangements will be made using authorised waste and recycling partners.
